Short story about the Lysterfield Lake Walking Track
The sun was shining bright as I stepped onto the narrow walking track that surrounded Lysterfield Lake in Victoria, Australia. The tall thin trees that lined the track created a natural canopy, shading me from the hot summer sun. A cool breeze rustled through the trees, providing a refreshing relief from the heat.
I could feel the stress of the day melting away with every step I took. The sound of birds chirping in the trees was tranquil and peaceful. The lake was crystal clear, reflecting the light of the sun like a mirror. I felt like I was walking through a dreamscape.
